We are looking for a reliable and skilled Technician to support building and facility operations at our client site in Karawang. This role focuses on maintaining MEP systems and ensuring safe, smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems
• Handle basic troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire, and security systems
• Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently according to SOPs
• Record maintenance activities and report issues promptly
• Coordinate with internal teams and site stakeholders to support daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the work area

Qualifications

• Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience as an MEP Technician in office or building environments
• Familiar with fire protection and security systems
• Able to work well in a team and in a dynamic work environment
• Domiciled in Karawang or surrounding areas (no mess)
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Available to join immediately
