As a Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in turning complex technical and business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable documentation. You will serve as the link between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring specifications, requirements, and testing documentation accurately support development and delivery. Through well-maintained SIT and UAT materials, continuous validation, and improved documentation standards, you help drive quality, alignment, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain clear technical documentation (product specs, user guides, APIs, SOPs, release notes)
• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation for both technical and non-technical users
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements (Business Analysis support)
• Document business requirements, functional specs, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and backlog grooming
• Perform manual testing, create test cases, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Validate features against documented requirements
• Support the Project Manager with task tracking, status updates, and cross-team coordination
• Ensure documentation stays up to date with product changes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation, QA, and delivery processes

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
• Solid understanding of software development and system design
• Familiar with UI/UX principles and documenting user flows
• Experience with UML diagrams, flowcharts, and system architecture documentation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements into clear documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams
• Strong time management and organizational skills
