Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Mencapai target sell out BA yang ada di area nya
  • Melakukan coaching, training, dan monitoring pada BA
  • Mengindentifikasi kebutuhan training untuk setiap BA
  • Memberikan laporan hasil kerja mingguan terkait (performa, kegiatan kompetitor, evaluasi promo, grooming, update display & visual )
  • Update promo setiap bulannya ke semua tim BA dan memastikan promo berjalan sesuai periode
  • Membuat hasil laporan pencapaian sales yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan
  • Menjalankan tugas kunjungan ke toko sesuai dengan rencana kerja, koordinasi dengan tim VM ( update visual, acrylik & branding lain nya )
Requirements
  • Have at least 1 year experience as TeamLeader(preferably Cosmetics Sales)
  • Beauty Enthusiast
  • Have good communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Easy to socialise
