Tax Compliance and Reporting
  • Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing in compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
  • Provide support with quarterly and annual tax provision calculations.
Tax Strategy & Planning
  • Analyze and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax obligations.
  • Monitor tax law developments and communicate impacts to internal stakeholders.
Audit and Regulatory Liaison
  • Assist in managing tax audits and prepare responses to tax authorities.
  • Maintain updated documentation to support audit processes.
Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team to align tax activities with financial reporting.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Job Requirements
  • Domiciled in Jakarta or willing to relocate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance (either in a public accounting firm or corporate environment).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia’s tax code, compliance procedures, and reporting standards.
  • Skilled in using tax software, Microsoft Office Suite, and especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex tax information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
