Job summary

A leading palm oil company based in Jakarta is seeking a Tax Consultant with extensive experience in tax audit management. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field and possess at least 3 years of experience, preferably within the palm oil industry. Responsibilities include handling tax audits, coordinating tax-related transactions, and supporting the Tax Team's performance. Candidates must have Brevet A, B & C certifications and knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience as a Consultant.
• Preferably having experience in palm oil companies.
• Must have Brevet A, B & C and a USKP Certificate is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Face tax audits at the Examination, Objections, and Appeals stages.
• Conduct a review of tax documents to be submitted to the examiner, researcher, objected, and the judge in the tax court.
• Coordinate all tax‑related transactions and accounting flow, record statements, and build tax reporting systems with the tax team.
• Support senior management in leading and coordinating the Tax Team and assessing their performance.
• Support local tax audit defense by preparing relevant tax documents and responding to queries regarding compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
• Preferably having experience in palm oil companies.
• At least 3 years of working experience as a Consultant.
• Excellent knowledge of Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc).
• Have a USKP Certificate (plus).
• Excellent knowledge of tax dispute/objection & tax audit.
• Must have Brevet A, B & C.
• Required Skills: tax, laws and regulation, management, audit, compliance, objection, dispute, SAP.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
