As a Talent Acquisition Regional Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving monthly hiring targets through mass recruitment of Sales Teams across assigned regions. This role requires strong local market understanding, fast execution, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute mass hiring for SalesTeam roles to meet monthly recruitment targets
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering
  • Develop and implement local sourcing strategies (online and offline channels)
  • Build and maintain a regional talent pool for ongoing hiring needs
  • Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to align hiring needs and priorities
  • Track and report recruitment progress and hiring data regularly
  • Participate in on-ground hiring activities when required (job fairs, community hiring, referrals)
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably from a local/regional university
  • Currently based in one of the following priority regions:
    • North & Central Kalimantan
    • Bali, NTB, NTT
    • Papua
    • East Java
    • Riau Islands, Lampung, South Sumatra & Jambi
    • Rembang
    • Maluku
  • Experience in recruitment or mass hiring is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to work with monthly targets and tight timelines
  • Good understanding of regional sales talent profiles
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel within the assigned region when needed
