Supervisor of SOP Management is responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to FTTH OSP Construction, IKR installation, and Fault Repair operations. This role ensures that all procedures are technically accurate, up-to-date, compliant with safety and installation standards, and aligned with operational needs.

• Understanding of Network Configuration principles

Job Description

• Create and update SOPs for FTTH OSP Construction, IKR (Infrastruktur Kabel Rumah), and Fault Repair activities
• Revise SOPs based on insights from fault occurrences, field issues, and changes in materials or equipment
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and field teams to gather feedback and conduct SOP reviews
• Ensure video content is clear, technically correct, and aligned with the written SOPs
• Support the Director and Training Center in implementing SOP-related training programs
