Supervise and ensure the accuracy of general ledger activities, journal entries, accruals, and closing processes.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform and review account reconciliations (bank, inventory, fixed assets, and intercompany).
Ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and company accounting policies.
General Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Supervise and ensure the accuracy of general ledger activities, journal entries, accruals, and closing processes.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform and review account reconciliations (bank, inventory, fixed assets, and intercompany).
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and company accounting policies.
Tax Management
- Manage and control tax calculation, reporting, and payment, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly and annual tax reports in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors during tax audits or reviews.
- Monitor tax risks and provide recommendations to management to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare, monitor, and control the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
- Analyze budget vs. actual variances and provide clear explanations and corrective action recommendations.
- Implement and monitor cost control initiatives, especially in production, overhead, and operational expenses.
- Support management in cost reduction and efficiency improvement programs.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
Supervision & Coordination
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate finance and accounting staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Coordinate with other departments (Production, Purchasing, HR, and Management) related to budgeting, cost control, and financial matters.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing data and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of General Accounting, Taxation, Budgeting, and Cost Control.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP / accounting systems.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
