About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team at PT Eljay Cahaya Indah (Kobkiat Global), a leading renewable solutions company based in Tangerang, Banten. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising our day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the efficient and seamless delivery of our products and services. This full‑time position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
  • Managing and optimising the flow of materials, resources and information across our production, warehousing and distribution facilities.
  • Overseeing the planning, scheduling and coordination of all operational activities to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements, technological innovations and best practices to enhance our operational capabilities.
  • Analysing performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective measures to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operations with other business functions.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards and quality control measures.
  • Providing leadership, mentoring and development opportunities for the operations team.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry, transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, logistics, production planning and supply chain management.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and analytical skills to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Proficient in the use of data analysis tools and techniques to drive operational improvements.
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills to inspire and motivate the operations team.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work cross‑functionally and with all levels of the organisation.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.

Must be able to communicate well in English language to coordinate with key stakeholders
