Job summary

A leading real estate company in Indonesia is seeking a Project Architect to create models and drawings using CAD Civil 3D. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, along with at least 2 years of experience in a developer company. Proficiency in CAD Civil 3D is mandatory, and strong communication skills are essential. This position is based in Sentul, Bogor, Jawa Barat, and requires the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimal Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Experienced min. 2 years as Project Architect/Design Engineer in a developer company is a plus.
• Proficiency in CAD Civil 3D software (is a MUST) and other architectural design and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating models and drawings of products using CAD Civil 3D.
• Able to coordinate work results with other departments and carry out site visits if necessary.
