Job description
Role Summary:

Act as the strategic link between company goals and daily operations, managing the entire OKR framework to identify and close performance gaps. This role combines deep analysis with hands‑on project leadership to drive high‑priority initiatives, improve core processes, and solve complex operational challenges for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and automate the company‑wide OKR tracking process; identify performance gaps, find their root cause, and drive initiatives to close them.
  • Analyze key business drivers, including topline and bottomline performance, to find actionable insights.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and best practices to help shape our strategy.
  • Lead high‑impact projects to improve operational efficiency, build scalable solutions, and solve business bottlenecks.
  • Create and present clear reports on performance, findings, and recommendations to the Board of Directors (BOD).
Requirements:
  • 3‑5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business analytics, PMO, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to conduct root‑cause analysis on complex operational or data issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end project management, from concept and planning to execution and reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment and collaborate effectively across all departments.
  • Possesses a highly logical and structured thinking process.
  • A self‑starting and proactive attitude with high personal ownership and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in the F&B or retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
