The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in a reputable law firm, with strong skills in legal analysis and communication. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in law and preferably a license from PERADI. The position involves monitoring legal developments, managing contracts, and guiding corporate governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of working experience in a reputable law firm.
• Exposure in investments, general corporate and commercial matters.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate legal team alignment and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Monitor the development of laws relevant to CCEP business.
• Prepare or review contracts and other operational documents.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Company Law.
• Assist in legal proceedings and crisis resolution.
