Job summary

A cybersecurity training company is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join their EMEA team. This full-time, remote position involves direct sales, building partnerships, and achieving sales targets across large enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales and 3 years in cybersecurity solutions. Candidates based in the Netherlands or Belgium are preferred. About the Job

You will be a primary quota carrier and a member of our elite-performing EMEA sales team, responsible for accounts in our BeNeLux/Nordics business. EMEA is a top-performing and fast-growing market, with the entire team exceeding targets and earning invites to OffSec’s Sales President’s Club. This mature territory requires a smart, high-energy, hyper-driven sales professional.

This role includes working with and creating new partnerships and direct sales motions, following up on inbound leads, up-selling existing customers, and developing new opportunities in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment. Our products are highly differentiated.

Responsibilities
  • Establish a vision and plan to guide short-, mid-, and long-term approaches to accounts.
  • Consistently deliver ARR targets while providing a fantastic customer experience.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline, drive opportunities, and deliver repeatable bookings.
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities with assigned accounts.
  • Explore relationships across the client’s IT organization, focusing on cybersecurity professionals.
  • Become a thought leader of OffSec's products.
  • Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals across diverse stakeholders.
  • Utilize partner and alliance relationships to identify and open new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient use of resources and provide input to other departments.
  • Position OffSec as a partner that strengthens the client’s security posture with target stakeholders.
  • Champion OffSec during sales presentations, events, and product demonstrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required. We also use Gong, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Maintain an accurate monthly sales forecast.
  • Contribute strategies and learnings to advance OffSec's values and vision.
  • Territory includes large enterprise and strategic partner accounts across EMEA.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of direct enterprise sales experience selling B2B enterprise SaaS, e-learning, or technical training solutions to enterprise companies across France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
  • 3+ years selling cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to exceed quota.
  • Measurable track record in new business development and overachieving sales targets.
  • Experience in market creation selling.
  • Proven track record closing six-figure B2B SaaS/e-learning/technical training solutions in the enterprise space.
  • Executive presence and strong listening skills; experience with C-suite engagement.
  • Familiarity with target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales; knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Win by Design is a plus.
  • Self-starter with end-to-end sales cycle experience.
  • High-performer traits: goal-oriented, strong work ethic, communication, ownership and adaptability.
  • Preferably located in the Netherlands or Belgium.
Working conditions

This role is a full-time salaried position. Work hours are flexible and will be performed from a home office.
