Job summary

Sebuah perusahaan ritel fashion di Sumatra Barat mencari Store Manager yang berpengalaman untuk mengawasi operasi toko dan tim. Kandidat ideal memiliki gelar Sarjana dan pengalaman 1-2 tahun di bidang retail fashion, serta keterampilan kepemimpinan yang kuat. Kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris sangat diutamakan. Pelamar harus bersedia ditempatkan di Padang, Bukittinggi, dan menangani rotasi lokasi.

Qualifications

• Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai Manajer/Tidak Terkenal di retail fashion.
• Harus memiliki keterampilan kepemimpinan dan manajemen tim yang kuat.
• Kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia & Inggris.

Responsibilities

• Mengawasi operasi toko harian dan mengawasi tim.
• Mendorong penjualan dan promosi untuk mencapai target.
• Menganalisis kinerja penjualan mingguan dan hasil promosi.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and supervise team
• Drive sales and promotions to reach targets
• Analyze weekly sales performance and promotion results
• Build partnerships, manage sponsorships, and liaise with government institutions
• Manage petty cash, SKU orders, and operational needs
• Hire crew, coordinate shipments, and submit LOA to Director

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with 1–2 years experience as Store Manager/Supervisor in retail fashion
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Able to work under pressure with high integrity
• Willing to be placed in Padang, Bukittinggi and rotate locations
