About the role

As the Store Manager (Bakery) at HONBUN Bakery, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the operations of our bakery retail locations in West Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate bakers and sales associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive the financial success of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the bakery store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the production and quality control of baked goods to ensure consistently high standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for all customers.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bakery and drive sales.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of bakers and sales associates.
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve store performance targets.
