As we expand our operations, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Store Supervisor to help lead and support the daily operations of our outlet in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support the daily operations of the outlet store.

Managing sales achievements and operational goals.

Supervise and coach outlet staff, including scheduling and performance management.

Monitor sales, service quality, and store presentation.

Ensure an exceptional customer experience in alignment with company standards.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Maintain operational efficiency, cleanliness, and safety in the store.

Ensure proper stock management and inventory control.

Communicate effectively with the team and coordinate with relevant departments for store needs.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations (Dessert Shop/Bakery), ideally in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Capable of training and mentoring team members to meet service standards.

Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
