Job summary

• Review and ensure financial reports are prepared in accordance with company accounting guidelines.
• Ensure that all accounting entries are properly and timely recorded.
• Prepare monthly accounting and financial reports.
• Manage and maintain the company’s accounting and tax database accurately.
• Stay updated with regulations related to accounting and taxation.
• Handle tax compliance, including preparation of corporate income tax and other tax reports.
• Prepare and analyze cost accounting.
• Lead, train, and supervise the accounting and finance team.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to the manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Senior Accounting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Taxation (Accounting Tax Academy graduate preferred).
• Experienced using accounting software Win AX / Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to be placed in Jatiasih, Bekasi.
• Able to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
