  • Melakukan input, pembaruan, dan pengelolaan data administrasi
  • Menyusun laporan administrasi secara berkala
  • Mendukung kegiatan operasional dan administrasi kantor sehari‑hari
  • Mengatur jadwal rapat serta menyiapkan dokumen dan notulen rapat
  • Mengelola inventaris dan perlengkapan kantor
  • Membantu administrasi keuangan sederhana (invoice, kuitansi, rekap pengeluaran)
  • Menjalin komunikasi administrasi dengan internal dan eksternal perusahaan
Qualifications
  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK/D3/S1 (diutamakan Administrasi/Manajemen)
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, dan email)
