Our Parts & Services APAC Division is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and develop our SSEA Customer Center - covering Indonesia, the Philippines and Singapore - towards revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, and capital efficiency targets.
As General Manager, your mission is to build an effective and sustainable organization while delivering on and executing the Epiroc strategy to win the market for Epiroc.
You will foster a stable and cost‑efficient regional operation, responsible for selling and supporting Epiroc products and promoting Epiroc values. You will grow a transparent and ethical organization that meets or exceeds all standards put forth by regulatory entities as well as the Epiroc business code of practice. You will ensure that each workshop, branch location, and service agreement have a clear strategy to win, with a tailored portfolio of products that dominate their market segments while still safeguarding maintainability from an aftermarket perspective. Guided by customer centricity, you will drive business growth, ensuring outstanding customer experience and a strategic approach towards expanding market share.
You will develop a succession plan for the Epiroc SSEA region, you will raise the next generation of highly skilled and competent leaders and experts for global operations, fostering and improving the diversity of our leadership team. Harnessing the unified and collaborative team spirit between countries and preventing the creation of silos will always be high on your agenda.
Up to 40% travel expected
