A global healthcare company in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to ensure consistent sales growth in the territory. You will identify new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships. MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Assure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining and growing existing business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve the team quota / targets and ensure a maximum coverage of hospitals as planned
  • Carry out effective sales calls, targeting high sales hospitals for maximum efficiency
  • Maintain a daily track record of the sales calls
  • Ensure that Company strategies are correctly and uniformly implemented
  • Provide direction/assist or mentor other areas as required by Supervisor/ Sales Manager
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory
  • Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure the company’s products are meeting their requirements
  • Maintain customer record
  • Report market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management in a correct and timely manner
  • Address product complaints in a timely fashion and as per Policy
  • Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with WHO code, Thai code, relevant Acts, legal demands, Abbott code of conduct and ethical standards
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Science/Pharmacy/Medical related field or appropriate tertiary qualification.
  • More than 3 years relevant experience with high achievement in sales role in the healthcare industry.
  • Having computer literacy skill
