Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, youth development, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years managing non‑formal education programs
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build relationships and work in a cross‑functional team environment
  • Functional knowledge of Office 365 or similar suites
