Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience at a supervisory level.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and related regulations.
• Experience in Good Warehouse Distribution Practices is an advantage.

• Implement and monitor SOPs and Quality standards.

Responsibilities

1.Regulatory and compliance , ensure operations comply with GDP, GXP, ISO, Customs and Local Health Authority regulations, maintain valid license for warehouses. prepare and support audit/ inspections from customer and authorities.

2.Quality Management system (QMS), implement and monitor SOPs and WI and Quality standards, manage change control deviations, CAPA and perform risk assessments related to storage, handling and transportation products.

3.Operations support, to monitor temp controlled, storage and transport, ensure correct handling, labeling, and documentation. include oversee quarantine, and product disposition process.

4.Training and Awarness, Deliver Gxp and Quality Training to waregouse and Transport staff, build awarness to ensure Operations teams understand compliaance in daily task

5.Customer & Business support, review and align on customer requirements and quality agreements, support busniess grow by ensuring quality readiness for new project ( new whs setup, temperature controlled)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Supervisor level.
• Have good knowledge in Quality Management System , Life science/ regulations, and Good warehouse Distribution Practice is advantage
• Fluent In English
