As a Sparepart Sales Staff, you will play a key role in supporting our spare part sales operations—achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely delivery.

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
  • At least 1 year of experience in the automotive, service, or spare part industry
  • Strong communication skills, good appearance, analytical and logical thinking
  • Proficient in MS Office, presentation skills, and using the internet
  • Target‑oriented, possesses leadership qualities, and willing to be placed in Palembang
Responsibilities
  • Plan and monitor spare part sales activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Handle sales transactions, process purchase proposals, and manage AR outstanding collections
  • Collect competitor data and maintain relationships with part shop outlets and customers
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and document purchase requests
  • Support company programs and carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
