  • Maintain supplier relationships and monitor inventory cycles to identify online deal opportunities.
B. Product Sourcing for E‑commerce & Flash Sales

  • Prepare deals optimized for flash‑sale mechanics with an understanding of CTR, conversion rate, pricing psychology, and campaign‑driven buyer behavior.
  • Build SKU assortments targeting online customer segments such as Gen Z, moms, beauty enthusiasts, and K‑beauty fans.
C. Compliance, Documentation & Authenticity
  • Ensure BPOM compliance, Halal certification (when applicable), and Indonesian‑language labeling in line with PP No. 29/2021.
  • Verify product authenticity and prevent counterfeit or grey‑market items.
  • Maintain complete compliance documentation required for e‑commerce listing and audits.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing and margin structures suitable for high‑frequency online promotions.
  • Benchmark competitor pricing across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other beauty e‑commerce platforms.
  • Secure margin ranges that support flash‑sale rotations while maintaining profitability.

  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations, online sales behavior, and beauty marketplace trends.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of online price competition, Seller Center operations, and digital shelf optimization.
  • Proven network among beauty distributors, importers, K‑beauty partners, and offline wholesalers.
