Reports to: Senior Software Engineer

Salary range: 7-15 mio IDR per month

About This Role

Your mission is to help build and implement AI agents using the new Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), creating scalable solutions for internal and commercial use. You are not expected to know the ADK. You are expected to be a solid Python developer with a passion for learning. We will teach you the rest.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Implement, test, and maintain new features for our AI agents under the guidance of the Senior Engineer.
• API Integration: Build and connect "tools" for our agents by integrating with various internal and external APIs.
• Problem Solving: Debug and fix issues in a complex asynchronous environment.
• Active Learning: Spend dedicated time learning the Google ADK framework and applying best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Engineer and Intern to run tests and simulations.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Experience: 1-3 years of development experience using Python.
• Python Fundamentals: Solid understanding of Python, data structures, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• APIs: Good understanding of how to consume and interact with REST APIs (e.g., working with JSON, headers, auth).
• The \"Grit\" Factor: You must have a strong desire to learn. You are comfortable reading technical documentation and tackling problems you haven't seen before.
• Team Player: You are eager to learn from feedback during code reviews.

Nice-to-Haves

• Any exposure to asyncio (even if you're not an expert) is a huge plus.
• Personal projects using AI APIs (like OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
• Familiarity with Git, feature branching, and the pull request workflow.
