Overview

Social Media Specialist (Content Creator) for Style Korean Indonesia. Be a talent, model, or cast member for Style Korean Indonesia video content. Manage the presence of Style Korean Indonesia brands on social media, especially Instagram and TikTok. Identify the latest social media trends and implement them into a content strategy to attract views and engage with the audience. Work with the creative team on a daily basis and participate in the end-to-end content production process. Monitor the performance of created content and the growth of the account (likes, followers, comments, etc.). Proactively suggest new creative ideas to enhance engagement.

Responsibilities

• Be a talent, model, or cast member for Style Korean Indonesia video content.
• Manage the presence of Style Korean Indonesia brands on social media, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Identify the latest social media trends and implement them into a content strategy to attract views and engage with the audience.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop fresh social media content on a daily basis and participate in the end-to-end content production process.
• Monitor the performance of created content and the growth of the account (likes, followers, comments, etc.).
• Proactively propose new creative ideas to enhance content engagement.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in being a KOL and creating content for social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Passionate about the beauty industry.
• Broad knowledge/experience with social media platforms, professionally or personally.
• Experience creating strong and engaging content on Instagram and TikTok with proven results (e.g., appearing on FYP and high engagement).
• Up-to-date with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms.
• Comfortable and confident working in front of a camera.
• Soft skills: time management, content writing, and communication (verbal and written).
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written). Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
• PORTFOLIO IS REQUIRED — Applicants without a portfolio attached in CV will not be considered.
