Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who can turn ideas into engaging content. In this role, you’ll manage and grow social media channels not only for Mierakigai but also for multiple clients across industries. You’ll work closely with our creative and content teams to deliver campaigns that are relevant, consistent, and impactful tailored to each client’s unique brand and audience.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client social media accounts simultaneously, ensuring each strategy reflects the client’s brand identity and goals.
- Create and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), tailored to different industries and audiences.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and apply them to keep content fresh, engaging, and competitive.
- Build brand awareness and grow online communities for various clients through creative campaigns.
- Monitor performance for each client, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned and on-brand.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis for each client to uncover opportunities and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing social media, preferably with agency experience handling multiple brands.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and how to adapt strategies for different audiences.
- Proven ability to create engaging content that delivers measurable results.
- Comfortable using social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, etc.).
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive team player who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing and social media innovation.
