Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with the brand’s marketing strategy.
  • Create compelling, visually appealing, and on-brand content, including images, videos, reels, and captions.
  • Stay up-to-date with beauty trends and create relevant content.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build an active online community.
  • Develop relationships with beauty influencers, brand ambassadors, and key industry figures.
  • Implement strategies to increase engagement, follower growth, and brand loyalty.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote product launches, events, and collaborations.
  • Optimize content for performance, leveraging analytics and insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Run social media ads and promotions to enhance visibility and conversions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader brand goals.
