Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute content strategies that promote finance hacks, lifestyle tips, and product awareness
  • Create and optimize engaging multimedia content (videos, reels, carousels, stories, infographics) tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Present personal finance topics (savings, loans, insurance, investments) in a simple, relatable, and educational format
  • Act as the brand’s on-camera talent and voice across social media, representing the company with authenticity and clarity
  • Manage daily social media operations: scheduling, posting, community engagement, and audience interaction
  • Grow followers and boost engagement through creative content and data-driven strategy adjustments

Requirements

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience managing or creating content for Instagram and TikTok, ideally within finance, lifestyle, or consumer-focused brands
  • Proven experience growing and engaging audiences through creative campaigns or educational content (portfolio or links required)
  • Previous work in finance-related sectors (e.g., banks, asset management, fintech) is a strong advantage
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups, agencies, or tech companies is preferred
  • Proficient with content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and scheduling platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Familiarity with financial products like savings, loans, insurance, investments, and crypto
