Job description
Responsibilities
  • Designing, implementing, and managing a cohesive and creative social media strategy that aligns with the brand's image and objectives.
  • Compiling daily/weekly/monthly content planners, including determining content pillars and content formats.
  • Collaborating closely with the design and sales team to create, edit, and publish engaging and high‑quality digital content (including copywriting/captions, visuals, and video scripts) for all managed social media platforms.
  • Ensuring every piece of content is optimized for the unique characteristics of each platform to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Actively monitoring and responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions from followers quickly and professionally.
  • Routinely monitoring, measuring, and analyzing key social media performance metrics (such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, web traffic, conversions).
  • Compiling periodic performance reports (e.g., monthly) that present data, insights, and concrete recommendations for future strategies.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Experience in the retail, FMCG, e‑commerce, or digital platform industry is a plus.
  • Skilled in analytics tools and social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Suite).
  • Proficiency in basic editing software such as CapCut, VN, Lightroom, or Canva. Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
  • Must have a portfolio of past work (e.g., social media posts, reels, campaigns, or previous content).
  • A creative storyteller with a strong sense of branding, aesthetics, and engagement.
  • Curious, data‑driven, and comfortable turning insights into strategies that deliver measurable impact.
