About the role

Join PT. Aviro Global Teknologi as a full-time SOC Engineer based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company's information security operations, monitoring and responding to potential threats to ensure the integrity and availability of critical systems.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitoring and analysing security logs and events from various systems and tools to identify potential security incidents or threats
• Investigating and responding to security alerts, incidents and events, and coordinating with relevant teams to mitigate and resolve issues
• Conducting regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to proactively identify and address security risks
• Implementing and maintaining security tools, technologies and processes to enhance the company’s security posture
• Providing security-related reporting and metrics to stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to information security
• Staying up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends and best practices in the industry

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or Incident Response role
• Strong understanding of security monitoring, incident response, and threat management concepts
• Proficient in using security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IPS/IDS, firewalls, and vulnerability management systems
• Hands-on experience in log analysis, event correlation, and incident investigation
• Familiarity with security frameworks, standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willing to work on shifting with SLA 24x7
