Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work progress aligns with the project schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and project documents.
• Ensure that safety procedures and company policies are strictly implemented on site.
• Lead and motivate site workers and subcontractors to achieve project targets.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays to minimize project risks.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site reports.
• Maintain discipline, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
• English proficiency is preferable.
• Proficient in project management and office software, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position (Site Supervisor or equivalent).
• Strong technical understanding of construction projects, including planning, design, and execution.
