A leading retail company in Indonesia is seeking a Business & Strategy Manager to oversee long-term planning and execution of online campaigns. The successful candidate will manage onsite search and coordinate with the merchandising team to align strategies with customer demand. Candidate must possess strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a proven leadership record, with at least 6 years of experience in eCommerce operations, including 3 years at the managerial level.
Long term planning and execution of online campaign activity and strategy across channels, and continuously identifying the need for opportunistic short term activity to close gaps to the business plan
Ownership over Onsite Search and Manage a set of online channels to perform at the fullest potential
Ownership to the business plan ensuring that campaign activities correspond to topline and bottom-line monthly targets
Manage Customer portfolio and take part on building a robust CRM activity within the managed channel portfolio
Coordinate closely with Merchandising team, to make sure Trading strategy are align with customers’ demand
Project manage major sales events and key strategic projects
Research and analyze industry trends, to identify new threats and opportunities at an early stage
Compile data performance and report and draw actionable conclusions
