Job Mission

As a Services Sales Specialist at Schneider Electric, you’ll be at the forefront of driving service excellence and customer satisfaction. Your mission is to promote and sell a wide range of technical services — from start-up and maintenance to digital upgrades and turnkey solutions — across various customer segments. You’ll play a key role in growing our installed base services, building strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet evolving energy needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop account profiles and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, both existing and new.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Use Salesforce (BFO) for managing sales funnels and account planning.
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasts and performance summaries.
  • Prepare sales quotations and proposals with support from the quotation team.
  • Collaborate with Inside Service Sales Representatives and Segment Key Account Managers.
  • Share customer feedback with Services Marketing to improve offers.
  • Educate customers on Schneider Electric’s full range of services, with a focus on recurring and digital solutions.
  • Represent Schneider Electric at trade shows and sales seminars.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 4–5 years of technical sales experience.
  • Strong ability to build sustainable and trusted customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, including with C-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Schneider Electric’s service offerings across the asset lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP tools.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
