• Developing and improving the service system to enhance maintenance efficiency and service quality for medical devices.
• Performing installation and configuration of medical devices at customer sites.
• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of medical devices according to the established schedule.
• Conducting troubleshooting of technical issues on medical devices and providing effective solutions.
• Preparing accurate and timely technical service reports for medical devices.
• Providing basic user training related to medical device operation and maintenance.
• Maintaining good communication and relationships with customers to ensure after-sales satisfaction for medical device products.
• Developing, updating, and maintaining service‑related documentation, including SOPs, WI, and technical guidelines.
• Being willing to be based in Cikarang and travel to customer sites when required.
