We are seeking a creative and experienced Web Designer to craft engaging and seamless digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing responsive visuals across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency while driving impactful marketing campaigns. Accountabilities

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and campaigns.
• Conduct user research and analyze industry trends to inform design decisions.
• Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for intuitive experiences.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance user experience.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including style guides and design systems, to streamline implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience in agency, tech, freelance, or B2B environments. Startup or agency experience is a plus.
