Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their complete travel requirements in a professional and service‑oriented manner.
  • Handle end‑to‑end ticketing processes for both domestic and international travel (air, hotel, and train bookings).
  • Operate GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo) for reservations, ticket issuance, and reissuance.
  • Manage hotel and train reservations (domestic & international).
  • Provide solutions for customer cases including rescheduling, corrections, changes, check‑in issues, and visa‑related inquiries.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and customer‑focused support throughout the booking process.
