Overview

We are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our team! As a Senior Staff Finance Accounting, you will be directly involved in supporting financial operations across our Manufacturing and Retail business units.

Responsibilities

• Support financial operations across Manufacturing and Retail business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 2–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (audit or public accounting firm background is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, cash flow, and internal controls.
• Able to work under pressure, results- and target-oriented.
• High initiative, creative, innovative, and eager to grow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & accounting software (SAP/Accurate/ERP).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, honest, disciplined, and highly committed.
• Extra advantage if you understand: Manufacturing cycle (inventory, costing, COGM/COGS, fixed assets). Retail cycle (sales, daily cash management, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, store operating expenses).
• Exposure to cross-business unit operations.
• Opportunity to contribute to system improvements & financial process enhancement.
