Job summary

Qualifications

Senior Staff :

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax operations.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting records.
• Oversee tax planning, reporting, and compliance in line with Indonesian regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and other external parties.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Manage and mentoring junior finance team members.
• Provide strategic financial insight to Board of Director (BOD).

Kualifikasi

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in finance, accounting, and tax operations.Strong ability to analyze transactions and their impact on financial statements.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation, preferably Brevet A/B certified.
• Proficient in software accounting and advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
• High integrity, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta (WFO).
