Overview
This position is responsible for accelerating business growth in the fast-moving IT and Technology sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, expanding market presence, and optimizing distribution channels to keep the brand competitive.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve sales revenue targets for security solutions, display products, payment distribution solutions, and a wide range of technology offerings (hardware & software).
- Drive business growth in mid-to-upper market segments through effective and measurable sales strategies.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and other key business partners.
- Create and execute plans to increase market share and product profitability by delivering value-based solution concepts.
- Lead strategic initiatives for product expansion, brand development, and broader market growth.
- Take full ownership of Sales P&L performance.
- Conduct market mapping, assess industry needs, and identify priority segments to strengthen product penetration.
- Ensure smooth coordination and collaboration with internal departments to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales & Distribution Manager in the IT/technology industry or a relevant role.
- Previous experience managing several ICT Solution products (fingerprint systems, CCTV, gate barriers, X‑ray machines, access control, parking systems, UVS, paperless solutions, videotrons, TV walls, digital signage, interactive whiteboards, kiosks, POS devices, and related products).
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven history of guiding teams to meet challenging targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Extensive business network and the ability to build strategic partnerships.
- Experience managing offline sales channels (retail, distributors, resellers).
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and target‑driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with tools that support sales operations.
- Owns a personal vehicle.
