Job Description

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within scope, time, and budget.
• Act as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Oversee deliverables from Project Management (PM) and Cost Management (CM) teams, ensuring compliance with standards and timelines.
• Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor implementation to minimize impact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategies to achieve objectives efficiently.

Qualifications

• Having min 8 years experience in interior fit out project is preferred
• End-to-end experience in construction project is a must
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and leading diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
