Managing project execution from inception to completion, the selected candidate will interface with stakeholders, estimate resources, and develop best practices for successful project outcomes.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: more than 10 years in a similar level position.

Required Skills:

Preferred experience:

• Manager specialized in WWTP / WTP Project Management or equivalent
• Deep understanding of Government / BUMN Projects
• Ability to handle projects with values > 50 billions

Languages:

• Fluent spoken and written English

Key responsibilities include:

• Direct and manage project planning and execution from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in support of customer and company goals.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimate materials, labor, and resources needed for project goals.
• Create or direct the creation of purchase orders for equipment, parts, or components.
• Recommend budget changes, draft change orders, and submit for approval as required.
• Determine 3rd party vendors or staffing required.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve project issues, dependencies, and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans.
• Obtain written change orders for any significant change in scope.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors.
• Build, develop and grow business relationships vital to success.
• Conduct post‑project analyses and produce recommendation reports.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
