  • Initial focus is Southeast Asia: Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam—with plans to expand further across SEA and globally.
  • Set the strategy for foreign exchange products and merchant experience at Xendit.
  • Understand our customers\' FX needs deeply and build to meet these.
  • Discover, scope, and ship new features or improvements for any FX product across prioritized corridors, including but not limited to:

  • Drive KPIs: FX revenue, attach & success rates, FX margin, close time, and incident reduction.
  • Collaborate with Partner Management and GTM on corridor launches, docs, migrations, and incident playbooks, including currency pair configuration, settlement instructions, and bank sweeps.
  • Do whatever it takes to make Xendit success!

  • Worked closely with Treasury on liquidity management policies and execution for FX, ensuring sufficient liquidity to support customer needs and commercial performance.
