Senior Graphic Designer

Juara Production is the in‑house, AI‑powered digital media agency of Juara Holding Group, delivering end‑to‑end content production, social media management, web & SEO for multiple luxury brands across Indonesia. We integrate AI into daily workflows – GPT-5, Gemini Pro, Claude, Midjourney, Runway – to move faster while keeping a strong human brand voice.

Responsibilities

1. Brand Visual Design

• Develop visuals for campaigns, premium brochures, corporate decks, brand kits, and digital assets.
• Maintain visual consistency across brands (Komodo Luxury, Indonesia Juara Trip, Bali Premium Trip, Bali Premium Villa).
• Translate brand guidelines into refined layouts and polished visual systems.

2. AI‑Integrated Creative Workflow

• Use tools such as ChatGPT Vision, Gemini, MidJourney, or Adobe AI as part of the ideation and asset production process.
• Combine AI output with manual refinement to ensure premium and relevant visual quality.

3. Quality Control

• Conduct quality reviews on internal designs before publication.
• Ensure high design standards, neat details, and a luxury/modern minimalist tone.

4. Collaboration

• Collaborate with the Creative Director for creative direction and final look.
• Work with the video and digital teams to ensure visuals align with the brand message.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Visual Designer/Graphic Designer.
• Experienced in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom. Motion graphics and 3D skills are a plus.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or premium brands.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX or web visual styling.
• Able to work with quick revisions and agile timelines.
• Strong in layout, typography hierarchy, color discipline, visual composition, and editorial design.
• Relevant portfolio brand identity, high‑end brochures, modern corporate presentations, and campaign design.
• Familiarity with AI tools for ideation and asset generation.
• High attention to detail and structured thinking.
