My Shrine Studios is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading our graphic design department, overseeing all aspects of visual communication, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs that align with our client’s brand identity and objectives. play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning designs, including storyboards for sales inspiration pitches and logos. The ideal candidate should have a good task and time management skills, passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the graphic design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, design development, project management and senior management, to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.

Oversee the creation of a wide range of visual assets, including but not limited to digital and print materials, branding elements, marketing collateral, and multimedia content.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and related fields.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for skill development and training within the team.

Storyboard Creation: Develop compelling and visually appealing storyboards for sales inspiration pitches to showcase our design concepts to clients.

Graphic Design : Design marketing materials, promotional content, and digital assets to support our studio's branding and marketing initiatives

Logo Creation : Design and conceptualize logos for various clients, ensuring a strong representation of their brand identity and values.

Front end Website : Design and conceptualize website graphics, ensuring pixels and measurements are fit to upload in the website.

Typography Expertise: Utilize typography effectively to enhance the visual appeal and message of our designs across different mediums.

Requirements :

Proven experience 7+ years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Experience in creating storyboards for sales pitches and designing logos.

Experience in handling front-end websites.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Good in English

Detail-oriented, creative thinker, and problem solver.

A bachelor’s degree in interior design (point plus), graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
