Job summary

A leading finance firm is seeking a Finance Operations Supervisor to manage end-to-end finance functions including billing, invoicing, and cash flow oversight. You will prepare monthly and annual reports and monitor budgets to ensure financial accuracy. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and strong Excel skills are essential for this role based in Cipondoh, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Monitor and control cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable and budgets
• Handle employee cash advances and reimbursement verification

1. Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Accounting, Finance or Management
2. Min. 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles
3. Good understanding of billing, budget control, procurement finance, and contract financial review
4. Proficient in English (spoken and written)
