Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide performance tracking across sales, profit, customer retention, promotions, and store productivity.
• Support Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams with insights to improve pricing, promotions, store performance, and customer experience.
• Analyze voucher, campaign, and discount performance to identify what increases GMV without hurting margins.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and weekly performance reports.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to explain business movements and recommend actions.
• Support Product and App teams with funnel, cohort, and feature impact analysis.
• Guide and mentor a team of Data Analysts to deliver high-quality insights.
