OTO.com operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, re‑financing, dealer inventory funding, multifinancing, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Management Information Systems (MIS) Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports that provide insights into business performance, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Revenue Filing and Tracking: Ensure accurate filing and tracking of revenue streams, maintaining meticulous records to support financial audits and reporting.
  • Incentive Calculation: Assist in the calculation and distribution of employee incentives, ensuring transparency and accuracy in the process.
  • Media Finance Coordination: Support the media finance line of business by managing financial data, preparing reports, and liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to enhance operational workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, finance, or a similar administrative/analytical role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, data analysis).
  • Experience in handling Management Information Systems (MIS) and report generation.
  • Familiarity with financial tracking tools and software is a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of revenue tracking, data accuracy, and documentation processes.
  • Basic knowledge of incentive or commission calculations and reporting.
  • Ability to handle financial data related to media finance or cross‑departmental cost tracking.
