Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our Architecture Division at a partner level. This role is for someone who can lead architectural vision, oversee complex projects, and work closely with directors to grow and strengthen the division.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership capability, deep technical expertise, and experience managing projects from concept through construction, including non-standard or bespoke architectural systems.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a partner-level leader within the Architecture Division

Lead and oversee architectural design from concept to construction stage

Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and regulatory compliance

Review and approve architectural drawings and key design deliverables

Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, QS, and construction teams

Assign and manage architects (including standalone architects per project when required)

Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support during construction

Present designs and technical solutions to clients and stakeholders

Mentor and manage senior and junior architects

Contribute to strategic planning and growth of the Architecture Division

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture

Registered / Licensed Architect

Minimum 10 years of professional experience

Proven experience in a senior, principal, associate, or partner-level role

Strong understanding of construction methods and site coordination

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills

Experience in resort, residential, or bespoke architecture is an advantage

Experience with alternative or specialized structures (e.g. bamboo) is a plus
