Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design & Planning – Develop and refine architectural concepts, master plans, and drawings to meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainability goals.
• Project Coordination & Execution – Collaborate with stakeholders, oversee design implementation, and resolve construction-related issues.
• Compliance & Regulatory Approvals – Ensure adherence to building codes, manage permits, and coordinate with authorities for approvals.
• Technical Expertise & Quality Control – Review technical details, inspect construction sites, and address design modifications.
• Sustainability & Innovation – Integrate sustainable practices and explore innovative, cost-effective architectural solutions.
• Leadership & Team Development – Mentor teams, lead design discussions, and foster collaboration within the team.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication – Present designs, incorporate feedback, and align architecture with business strategy.
• Risk Management & Problem-Solving – Identify and mitigate design risks while adapting to project constraints.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain records, track design progress, and ensure proper documentation for compliance and future reference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in architecture, preferably in real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations.
• Proficiency in Archicad, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Experience in project coordination, budgeting, and cost management.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional architectural license (preferred but not required, based on location).
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
